Each location is a unique oasis, not owned by QuantumPoint.org LLC. They are owned by skilled healers who artfully integrate the crystal lights with other powerful modalities. You may find your session combined with the ancient wisdom of reiki or theta, vibrations of Shamanic or Tibetan Sound Bowl Therapy, or the full-body resonance of advanced Acoustic Sound Beds and tuning forks. Some practitioners use crystal light energy before or after a massage or chiropractic session. Some locations offer the enhanced healing properties of Amethyst or Tourmaline Mats, while others create a multi-sensory journey with carefully curated Aromatherapy scents.

Before you begin, your practitioner will discuss your intentions, encouraging you to set a powerful resolve for your session. Then, simply remove your shoes and jewelry, and lie down (fully clothed) on the massage table beneath the radiant crystal lights. To get the most out of your upcoming Crystal Light Healing Bed experience, little preparation is required on your part. However, we do recommend a few simple steps to create the optimal conditions for healing and rejuvenation: First, wear white or light colored, non-restrictive clothing to allow the energy to flow freely. Next, adopt an attitude of openness and receptivity. Enter with a clear and relaxed mindset, letting go of any stresses from the outside world. While not essential, you may also wish to set a specific intention or say a prayer for what you'd like assistance with during your session. Having a focused goal or area you want to address can help direct the healing energies. Ultimately, the most important preparation is simply to show up with an open heart and mind. The rest will be taken care of as you surrender yourself into a deep meditation and to the powerful forces of light, crystal frequencies, and vibrational healing. We often get the question if one can use Reiki together with the crystal light bed?
According to practitioners who work like this, it is said that, in general, the combination of using the crystal light bed with Reiki energy healing is more effective, and different than the “Reiki only” sessions. It seems that the healing energy from the crystal lights opens the client’s receptivity, making the bio energy healing of Reiki more powerful. A combination session can be done in various ways; enjoy the benefits of the crystal bed for 20 minutes and then, right after that, a 60-minute Reiki session. Some practitioners do a full 60-minute Reiki session under the crystal light bed. Others offer sound healing with crystal sound bowls, work with tuning forks, or use aromatherapy in conjunction with the crystal light bed. In Europe, the light bed is also used by acupuncturists. They insert a few acupuncture needles to help aid with opening any energy blockages. Chiropractic offices use it as a relaxing treatment at the end of the session. Usually, whatever feels right for the practitioner will feel right to the client.
