They offer Quartz Crystal Light Therapy sessions ranging from 20 to 60 minutes. Many practitioners integrate complementary holistic modalities alongside crystal light therapy to provide a more comprehensive healing experience. Common techniques include Reiki, Theta Healing, sound therapy with tuning forks or singing bowls, soundbeds, Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) or biomat , and other vibrational healing methods. A multidimensional approach aims to harmonize the client's energy field even more.
