At the Gentle Cleanse Wellness Bar is a multi-faceted wellness facility in Boulder, featuring the Oxygen Bar, colonic cleanses, coaching, fitness, and a variety of wellness programs. Char teaches classes, offers meditation spaces and other mindfulness practices as well. We had a wonderful time at her place, if you are ever in that area look her up, this is well worth a stop!
